We are pleased to announce that the Luiss Gran Ballo, the most anticipated event of the year, will return on Thursday, 26 June 2025!
It will be an evening of fun and a special opportunity to get together and raise a glass before the summer break, leaving behind what we hope has been a successful exam session.
This year’s theme is "Around the World" – an unforgettable night to celebrate the international spirit of Luiss, taking you on a journey through vibrant flavours, colours, and cultures from across the globe.
Dress code: elegant and, if you wish, inspired by a nationality of your choosing.
The event will take place at the scenic Luiss Viale Romania Campus, with entrance from Via Panama 25, starting at 8:30 pm.
Tickets, available exclusively online for €32 (€30 + €2 presale fee), include 2 drinks and 3 food items to enjoy throughout the evening.
The event is reserved for Luiss students only.
During the ticket purchase, you must register and provide all required information, including your student ID number (matricola), found on your Luiss badge.
The first 600 students to purchase a ticket will also have the opportunity to buy an additional ticket for one non-Luiss guest, by selecting the Student + Guest option. On the night of the event, the guest will only be allowed to enter with the student who invited them. Don’t forget to bring your ticket and Luiss badge to the entrance.
This year, in addition to the ticket for the Gran Ballo, you can also purchase a ticket for the Luiss Raffle. Proceeds from the raffle will be donated to the MAIS ODV Association, which was selected directly by your student representatives.
The raffle winner will be announced during the institutional greetings at 10:00 pm at the Borghetto, and will receive a prize that will be revealed shortly.

This event will be sold with the ELECTRONIC TICKET: you can show the ticket at the entrance directly from your mobile phone, or print it with your home printer. No express courier shipping will be necessary.
This event can be purchased with SCALAPAY (pay in 3 installments over 3 months), with Carta della Cultura Giovani, Carta del merito and Carta del Docente.
